02/02/2025 — End of Week 5 Update

What a great week of rehearsals. Through sickness and changes to the cast, you all have rallied and are doing an amazing job. We as a group come together and create an amazing experience for our patrons. We make it possible for people to experience theatre that is affordable and family friendly without reducing the quality of shows.

Yesterday it was amazing joining forces with the orchestra. Our orchestra is amazing and we are very lucky to have such a talented group of people.

Few Announcements:

• We have a few members of the cast and orchestra that are very sensitive to perfumes and colognes, please make sure you are not wearing these while we are together.
• I have created a sign-up genius for people who sign-up for volunteering during the performances, Concession, Ushering & Box Office. You do not need to have any special skills for these jobs, we just need people to help man the stations. I know the cast is busy during the show, but hopefully there are parents, spouses or other family members that could sign up and help. Concession, Ushering & Box Office Sign-up
• We have had a very generous cast member that has offered to provide lunch for our dress rehearsal. We will have the following from Wing World -- Traditional Wings, Boneless Wings, Salad, Mac & Cheese and build your own, Carne Asada Tacos. Please provide your own beverage.
• Between the Saturday Performances we will plan on having a potluck because there will not be much time between the two performances. If you last name begins with A-L, please bring a main dish and if you last name begins with M-Z, please bring a dessert. Please plan on your own drinks. We will provide plates, bowls, napkins and silverware.
• Tickets can be purchased on our website (https://spartatheatre.org/tickets). Online tickets are $10 and tickets at the door are $12.

I again have attached the poster as well as the information sheet for you to post on social media or send via email. They are both on the email as a PDF or an image file, whatever is easiest for you. Use these to post on Facebook or email out to your family and friends.
